Getting started for renters and members
Aircraft Steward is the workspace your operator uses for scheduling, pilot documents and your flights. You do not create an account yourself. Your operator invites you.
What this is
If you rent, train or fly with an organization that uses Aircraft Steward, this is where you sign in, upload the documents they ask for, book an aircraft, and see your flights. The organization you fly with is your operator. Aircraft Steward runs the software. Questions about a booking, a document or a bill go to your operator. Questions about signing in go to Aircraft Steward.
The invitation
Your operator sends you a personal link, from their own email. The link works once and expires 14 days after it was created. Open it on the phone or computer you will use to sign in. The page stores the invitation on that device and then takes it out of the address bar.
On the sign-in screen, enter the same email address your operator has on file, and open the one-time sign-in link in your inbox on that same device. When it works, your account is linked and you land on your documents.
If the link has expired or was already used, it will not work a second time. Ask your operator to send a new one. A staff member at the operator creates that link; Aircraft Steward does not email it for them.
If sign-in says you have not been invited
The sign-in button on the homepage is for an address that already has an invitation or an account. If you type an address nobody invited, the screen tells you so. Check the invitation email, including spam, and use the link in it rather than only the button on the homepage. Use the same email address the invitation was sent to. If you cannot find the email, contact your operator and ask them to send a new link. For help with the sign-in page itself, write to info@aircraftsteward.com.
After the first sign-in
You can add a passkey (Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello or a security key) so later visits do not need a new email link. The first visit still uses the email link. There is no password.
Documents
My documents lists what your operator requires. You can add a file or take a photo. The file is stored privately for that organization. If document reading is turned on, the service proposes the fields it can see, and a staff member at your operator confirms them before they change your record. Until that confirmation, the proposal is only a proposal.
Booking and your flights
After your account is linked you can book from the schedule, within the rules your operator set, and open My flights for what is coming up and what you have already flown. Your operator can still book or change a reservation for you. A maintenance block is not a booking you make for yourself.
Statements and payments
If your operator uses billing in Aircraft Steward, they may email you a statement or an invoice, and they may offer card or bank payment. Those messages come from your operator's books. A question about the amount goes to your operator. Aircraft Steward does not see or store your full card number; Stripe collects it for your operator.
Who to contact
Booking, a required document, a cancellation, or a bill: your operator. Inside the application, Help → Get support shows the contact your operator published. If they have not published one, ask their administrator.
The invitation link, the sign-in email, or this website: Aircraft Steward at info@aircraftsteward.com or (334) 489-3406.
A copy of your information, a correction, or deletion of the sign-in account: info@aircraftsteward.com or (334) 489-3406. Deleting the sign-in account is separate from your operator deleting your pilot record. The privacy notice explains both.
